DIAPOL Series - Comprises of organic, redispersible, latex polymer powders which are developed by spray-drying aqueous emulsions. Good work-ability, excellent anti-sag and smooth coating properties enhance the cohesive force, durability and mechanical stability between putty and base materials, rendering the putty easy to polish and hard to be pulverized, along with a reduced capacity to absorb moisture.

DIASTER Series - Metallic stearates are compounds of long-chain fatty acids with metals of different valencies; some metallic stearates are insoluble in water, whereas others, i.e. compounds of long-chain fatty acids with alkaline metals or ammonia are soluble in water. The most important metallic stearates, in terms of number of applications and quantities produced, are of calcium, zinc, magnesium and aluminum. DIAPOX series are advanced & specialized solvent /non-solvent based epoxy resins. DIAPOX product, also known as poly-epoxides are a class of reactive pre-polymers and polymers which contain epoxide groups. DIAPOX may be reacted (cross-linked) either with themselves through catalytic homopolymerisation, or with a wide range of co-reactants including polyfunctional amines, acids (and acid anhydrides), phenols, alcohols and thiols. These co-reactants are often referred to as hardeners or curatives (our DIACURE Range), and used to enhance toughness and tensile strength.

DIACURE series - A selection of epoxy curing agents also typically known as Epoxy hardeners. DIACURE grades are not catalysts, but they react with epoxy resins, to greatly enhance the inherent properties of the cured epoxy resin. The performance of DIACURE products in any epoxy system depend on the chemical characteristics of the epoxy hardeners and the physical environment prevailing at the time of application of the epoxy system.

Conditions of the epoxy system influencing the performance of DIACURE products are: temperature of the work area, temperature of the epoxy system (i.e. heated resins), and moisture (dampness).

DIAFOAM Series – These are Phosphate based products used as defoamers. DIAFOAM is an anti-foaming agent & a chemical additive that destroys and inhibits foam in any aqueous solutions based on lignose and plasticizers. It can be used in its supply form and as well as in dilutions of between 1:1 to 1:10 in suitable organic solvents.

DIAFOAM 2000– is a concrete admixture defoamer, and a very strong aprotic and polar solvent. It is soluble in the usual organic solvents such as aliphatic, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons, alcohols, esters, Ketones and Glycol Ethers.

DIAPLAST Series – These are basic raw material for concrete admixtures and mortars based on sulphonated naphthalene. They can accelerate construction progress & shorten the completion period, imparting concrete with early-strength along with high & long term performance.

 Our DIAPLAST series:

  • DIAPLAST SN300 is a sulphonated naphthalene powder based on sulphate content less than or not more than 3%.
  • DIAPLAST SN500 is a sulphonated naphthalene powder based on sulphate content less than or not more than 5%.
  • DIAPLAST SN700 is a sulphonated naphthalene powder based on sulphate content less than or not more than 7%.
  • DIAPLAST SN1000 is a sulphonated naphthalene powder based on sulphate content less than or not more than 10%.
  • DAIPLAST SN2000 is a sulphonated naphthalene powder based on sulphate content less than or not more than 20%.

 Characteristics & Advantages of DIAPLAST:

  • Good Dispersion, Water Reduction and Early- Strength Effect.
  • Increases the concrete slump and improve its liquidity (applicable for ready-mixed concrete, pumping concrete, high-liquidity concrete, grouting material, etc., also for all grades of concrete with steam curing condition & natural maintenance).
  • Inhibits corrosion on steel bars (applicable for precast concrete, cast-in-place concrete, reinforced concrete, prestressed reinforced concrete, etc.).
  • Nontoxic, odourless & incombustible.
  • While keeping the cement consumption and slump unchanged, water reduction may reach 20%, and increase 1D compressive strength of concrete up to 60-100%, 3D compressive strength up to 50-90% and 28D compressive strength up to 30-50%, with continued reinforcement over time (Blend dosage 0.3-1.5% for powder cement amount), recommended blend dosage 0.75% for powder cement amount).
  • While keeping the water-cement ratio and water consumption unchanged, concrete slump can be increased by 120mm.
  • While keeping the slump and compressive strength basically unchanged, cement consumption can be saved by 18%.
  • The durability and other properties of concrete can be evidently increased and improved.

DIACLAY Series – These are organic derivatives of Bentone Clay. These easily dispersible, rheological additives are designed for non-polar to medium polarity Aliphatic & other solvent systems.

They can be added at any point in the paint manufacturing process and aid post correction. They are best suited for high polarity systems like Ketones, Glycols, Ethers, Alcohols, Esters, including Aromatic Solvent Esters.

DIAFIB products are heavy-duty strengthening systems for reinforced concrete and timber. They consist of Laminated plates ‘CFRP’ for Building and Construction, and Wrap ‘Cloth’ Woven Carbon Fibre Fabric for Structural Strengthening.

DIAFIB LAMINATED PLATES are pultruded Carbon Fibre Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) laminates designed for strengthening concrete, timber and masonry structures. They are bonded onto the structure as external reinforcement using normal epoxy adhesive – or epoxy resin for elevated application temperatures.

DIAFIB PLATES are a heavy-duty strengthening system for reinforced concrete and timber. They consist of two components: DIAREP 3000, an adhesive for bonding reinforcement, and DIAFIB laminates. 

 Our DIAFIB series is divided into three major categories based on Elastic Modulus and  Tensile strength & Application:

  • DIAFIB X Series: With elastic modulus > 165,000 MPa and tensile strength >3000 MPa

DIASEAL Series - They cover almost all kinds of sealants which are used to close small openings/crevices, such as the ones in concrete, dry wall, etc., that are otherwise difficult    to seal with other materials. DIASEAL products come in cartridge packing and bulk  drums.

  Range of DIASEAL products:

  • DIASEAL XL Series: An Acrylic based fire resistant sealant.
  • DIASEAL PS Series: Two-part Polysulphide based sealant, available both in gun grade (GG) and self-levelling or pouring grade (PP).
  • DIASEAL SS Series: Silicon based sealant which has been developed for specialized high water pressure areas.

DIAMASTIC Products are polyurethane sealants available as a two component system or one component moisture cured compound. They are manufactured through the reaction of glycol and an isocyanate. Polyurethane is an organic compound with exceptionally good moisture and corrosion resistance. Thus, polyurethane sealant is useful in both industrial and commercial applications.

Diasperse is an incredibly efficient Polyarylate dispersant which is used to disperse inorganic materials that are found in waterborne automotive and decorative paints, adhesives and construction materials.

A dispersant/dispersing agent is either a non-surface active polymer or a surface-active substance added to a suspension, usually a colloid, to improve the separation of particles or deflocculates solids and thus significantly reduce the viscosity of a dispersion or paste.

Diasperse used as additives to provide a uniform mixture of particles and to prevent clumping and setting.
